- Reusable moving tote rental business serving Salt Lake County. Delivers totes to the customer's door and picks them up when the move is done: no cardboard, no tape, no trash.
- Built the brand, website, pricing, and logistics from scratch. Packages from $79 with free delivery and pickup and no deposit. Every tote cleaned and sanitized between rentals.

- SaaS platform for bin rental companies: online bookings, scheduling, Stripe payments, and customer management in one system. Born from running Eco Moving Utah and finding no software built for the industry.
- Designed and built the product as principal engineer. $29/month includes the operator's domain and a hosted booking website.

- Led the insourcing of the platform from a third-party vendor to an in-house team on secure AWS infrastructure. Passed annual security audits with zero remediations.
- Built an internal pipeline that trained non-developers into engineers, cutting engineering labor costs roughly in half while maintaining quality.
